You will handle accounts compliance calls, ensuring that payments are secured from clients, and work closely with lawyers to support their day-to-day and weekly tasks. Additional duties include drafting legal documents like notices of application, judges’ orders, and designations, while also liaising with jail facilities to arrange in-person, video, and phone visits. As issues arise, you will manage written communication with the jail and maintain an organized filing system for client documents.
