Accountabilities
On-site Support•Identify operational weaknesses of DCD technicians and continuously reinforce their knowledge to avoid performance losses and improve service quality.•Design or revise DCD plans for projects under execution.•Follow-up of the executed trajectories and projections according to drilling deviations.•Conduct technical visits to critical projects.•Accompany the start-up of new projects (logistics, administration, operations).•Review daily operations reports (Krux, Performance, Power BI).•Conduct weekly operations meetings with project managers, DCD operations management and Operations Manager.•Perform implementation and performance reporting of new Devidrill designs/upgrades.•Ensure that the technicians carry out daily reports (Krux).•Collect drilling data from DDRs and perform monthly reporting as agreed with the client (KPI).•To permanently monitor the safety conditions of the site where DCD activities are carried out.•Ensure compliance with safety procedures in the field.
