We are looking for a Construction Estimator to assist our clients through the review and execution phase of our projects. We are seeking someone who is highly organized and experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance. Our team delivers comprehensive technical support across all project phases—from pre-construction planning to full-scale construction execution. 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential or commercial sectors Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent) Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field Familiarity with local building codes and market pricing Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates simultaneously What we offer We offer intriguing professional opportunities.
