Draft, review, and negotiate complex business agreements Advise clients on tax planning strategies Assist clients in business-formation, structuring, and organizational matters, including entity selection, incorporation, and corporate restructuring. Support the growth and development of other practice areas with in the firm as it grows REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. 3+ years of post-JD/LLB experience in business/transactional/corporate law Proficiency in a second language is preferred The ability to bring existing clients with you is a huge plus and highly encouraged
