    Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a Digital Technology Team within a leading bank in Canada. This team is focused on driving digital transformation and innovation within their wealth management practice through agile delivery of technology solutions. The BSA will work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into actionable requirements. This role is working to support the delivery of proprietary digital products that enhance automation, reduce manual processes, and improve client engagement. This role is a 6 month contract with extensions and is hybrid 2x per week in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Partner with agile squads throughout the software development lifecycle. - Support system testing, UAT, and validation of new features. - Align technology solutions with business goals and KPIs. - Promote agile practices and continuous improvement. - Act as a subject matter expert for investment products and digital initiatives. Necessary Skills and Experience: - 7+ years of experience in as a Business Systems Analyst withing financial services specifically asset/wealth management or investment firms. - Strong understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, CDRs, etc.). - Experience working in proprietary digital technology environments. - Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA, Confluence) and experience with SharePoint and MS Office. - Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience writing business cases, feasibility studies, and current state assessments. Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Bilingual in English and French

  • JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Director, you will do the following: • Ensure effective and professional project management to win new projects through competitive bidding, determine the likely response of competitors, and seek to positively differentiate EllisDon's bid. • Assume a day-to-day leadership role by directing, supervising, and managing service providers, advisors/consultants, and contractors to coordinate their timely contribution to project proposals and ensure innovative, cost-effective, high-quality content and a complete submission. This involves intensive communication with all consultants and advisors and regular review of the progress of their work to ensure that the optimal winning solution is developed and accurately reflected in the bid. Develop, control, and manage bid budgets to ensure that all costs are correctly identified for P3 proposals and lead the project team through to financial close. • Manage all deliverables and milestones, including risk management and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to construction and operational handover. Ensure accurate reporting to EllisDon management. Ensure that EllisDon's quality and standards are maintained in terms of proposals, contracts, and project documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 3-5 years of experience as a project director on large projects • Strong knowledge of the development, construction, and engineering sectors • An understanding of contract law • An engineering, MBA, or law degree would be highly desirable. • Candidates must demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, dynamism, and commitment. • Highly developed project management and development skills and proven experience in managing complex projects. • Strong people management, communication, and team leadership skills • Intelligent, with lateral thinking skills and the ability to identify solutions to complex problems • Ability to work as part of a team and integrate into EllisDon's culture • Strong analytical skills and a professional attitude to successfully complete major investment projects • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. - Bilingual (French as a first language is preferred)

  • JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Project Manager, you will do the following: • Provide overall management of construction from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the superintendent. • Prepare regular, timely, and accurate invoices for owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor invoices. • Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports, ensuring they are in line with estimates and maintaining positive cash flow. • Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support team development and progress. • Submit project reports to the area manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated.
