Our client, who specialize in touchless biometric identification using face recognition and temperature detection to enhance security, health, and productivity for businesses, is currently looking for a Operations Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Managing/ Supervising and coordinating the work of production staff, including assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers. Establishing and implementing work methods to improve efficiency and productivity Establishing work schedules, coordinating work activities with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met. Understading of engineering procedures, production operations, procurement and warehousing. Training new employees, providing ongoing training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and recommending personnel actions like hiring or promotions. Identifying and resolving work-related problems, recommending solutions to improve productivity and product quality. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment. Preparing production and other reports as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in operation Management in an electronics/technology manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing process. Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Laser focused on delivering for the customer. Works well under pressure and meets set deadlines. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. A team player with high level of dedication. Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering or relevant field. Some travel may be required. Ability to attend and conduct presentations. Ability to shift focus quickly as required. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team. In this role you will provide mechanical engineering support as part of a team of Engineers/Design Specialists in the development of new products. Responsibilities include all steps within a formal product development process, system level design, guiding design documentation and validation plans, and championing product compliance to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Participate in the formulation and/or evaluation of business cases. Product architect and guide design documents and validation plans. Contribute to, verify, and monitor engineering documentation. Apply scientific and engineering principles in the design of machines. Sizing and selection of components (motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, belts, seals, servo motors, pneumatic and hydraulic components, etc.) and material selection applying design standards. Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members. Create system‑level concept designs including function block diagrams, CAD layouts, and functional decomposition. Lead and contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and decision‑making for product definition and architecture. Participate in or lead continuous improvement activities. Verify that all concept and systems‑level process steps of the product development process and Product Release process are followed. Drive the product development process through team collaboration. Manage design risk mitigation, including participation or facilitation of FMEA. Be a champion of product compliance to regulatory requirements. Communicate cross‑discipline (analysis, electrical, software, fluid power, metallurgy, manufacturing, validation/test) inputs and interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience. Skilled in CAD modeling techniques. Expertise in calculating design parameters and applying engineering principles to design. Strong time management and organizational skills for maximum efficiency. Specialized knowledge of products, tools, standards, processes, and technology within industrial machines and/or plastics processing markets. Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills. Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Ability to work flexibly, both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team. Demonstrated ability to lead and work both autonomously and within a highly cohesive team. Employment Rewards Day shift.
