  • The Role We are seeking a bilingual HR Administrator to join our HR team at IPH Canada in Ottawa or Montréal. You will provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle within the Canadian member firms. You'll manage day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to IPH Group HR projects. This role will fill a new vacancy. Responsibilities: • Administer employee lifecycle tasks: probation, anniversaries, employment changes, parental leave, contract ends, and more • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS • Own onboarding, offboarding, and the HR inbox • Manage survey data in CultureAmp and draft the monthly HR newsletter • Support recruitment including campus hiring, prescreens, and interview coordination • Assist with benefits, leaves of absence, and employee relations matters • Support semi-annual performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and leave monitoring • Prepare and maintain HR metrics and compliance reports • Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge and Experience: • Diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1–2 years in a similar HR role; professional services experience an asset Skills and Competencies: • Bilingual in English and French (as the firms serves a predominantly international clientele whose language of communication is English, fluency in English is a requirement) • Proficient in MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors and/or Ceridian Dayforce experience an asset • Strong foundation in HR, including knowledge of Canadian and Québec employment standards and the application of HR principles and practices. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities Compensation: The base salary for this role will be positioned between $52,000 - $62,000 taking into consideration factors such as location, job-related knowledge, prior experience, qualifications, and internal equity. -- Our recruitment process uses AI-enabled tools to assist with the assessment of applications based on job-related criteria.
