Overall Responsibilities The Sr. Supply Planner (12-Month Contract) ensures production is aligned to satisfy projected demand requirements while meeting inventory and optimizing operational efficiencies. They will develop end to end supply plans that meet inventory fulfillment for a specific category of product(s). Reporting to the Manager, Supply Planning the Sr. Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for their portions of the Master Plan.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
Production Plan Create and maintain supply plan for assigned products and location(s) that align with business planning cycle, customer requirements, and demand plan to meet service and inventory targets. Control de execution of the Supply Plan, proposing adjustments when required. Led the resolution of issues related to the supply plan execution. Analyze planned capacity and implement advanced planning actions to ensure weekly schedules are reliable and MRP supply planning is accurate. Check availability of materials required to meet production schedules Develop a Master Plan, including but not limited to; identifying expedite and de-expedite opportunities/requirements to level load, seasonality considerations, pre-build opportunities. Maintain a balanced rough-cut Long-Range capacity plan as part of the IBP. Provide input to the monthly IBP planning cycle in form of short-term capacity requirements, identify potential bottlenecks and communicate supply shortages, excess and allocation schedules.
Inventory Management Provide input in the development of annual inventory budgets/ forecasts monthly. Publish and perform analysis on inventory aging buckets and recommend corrective actions. Periodically review inventory replenishment models parameters (safety, cycle stock levels and lead times) and implement models to exclude or align with certain types of demand fluctuations. Review and propose economic quantities for manufactured and/or purchased finished goods.
Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Publish and perform root cause analysis on key metrics including inventory turns, customer service levels, Net Requirement accuracy in monthly meetings. Team lead/SME on business improvement objectives; Systems, Software, MRP, and SOPs Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned and within the timeframes specified. Train the peers in specific Supply Planning systems and processes. Working in compliance with the company' s Health & Safety Policies/SOP's including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure. Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Post-secondary education, APICS or other professional development certification. 5 years' experience in a Planning or Inventory position, preferably in the consumer products industry. Demonstrated experience with an MRP and MS Office applications. Proven analytical and operational experience. Familiar with GMP, and the various practices of the food and/or pharmaceutical industry Ability to produce reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner. Strength in inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills Experience in both short-term and advanced planning processes. Innovative, adaptable and motivated towards continuous improvement. Excellent reactive problem solving skills.

Overall Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse and janitorial activities, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and handling of materials and supplies. Support compliance with GMP standards for warehouse operations, inventory control, and accuracy performance. In this Sr. Supervisor role, you will be responsible for the objectives and development action plans of subordinate personnel, providing feedback to supervisors, and coaching them on becoming effective leaders.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the day-to-day supervision and maintenance of safe and efficient warehouse and janitorial operations. Assist in ensuring materials are available to operating departments as required, helping to maintain production schedules. Support the creation, maintenance, and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Point Lessons. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance standards are met consistently within warehouse and janitorial operations. Help monitor material inventories, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in the prompt disposition of rejected supplies. Assist in coordinating and supporting the inventory cycle count program, maintaining accuracy and audit readiness. Work with Inventory Control to support the achievement of GMP and inventory accuracy goals. Aid in reviewing Material Requirements and coordinate the movement of components and raw materials. Support the preparation and accuracy of shipping documentation for warehouse operations. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Department to track and report operational improvements in warehouse processes, contributing to greater efficiency. Work with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of H.I.P.P.O requests and help maintain warehouse equipment. Support the development and training of the warehouse team on SOPs, compliance, and other relevant processes. Assist in ensuring warehouse racking and equipment meet OSHA and GMP standards daily. Help drive accountability for personnel and warehouse processes, ensuring high productivity and efficiency. Support safety initiatives and participate in safety meetings with hourly personnel. Participate in reporting and performance reviews through daily Level 3 meetings, focusing on KPIs and operational performance. Ensure the facility remains in audit-ready status by maintaining high operational standards. Help coordinate staffing needs, ensuring adequate headcount to meet business goals. Assist with the daily review of payroll, attendance, and time-off requests in compliance with company policies. Provide support in ECompliance activities, including monthly inspections. Offer feedback to supervisors and provide coaching to help improve their leadership and supervisory effectiveness. Assist with special projects as assigned, continuously working towards improvements in warehouse operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a related discipline, complemented by professional development in warehouse management and supervisory skills training. 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position within a warehouse environment. Familiarity with MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications; SAP proficiency is an asset but not required. Strong knowledge of employee safety requirements and GMP compliance in warehouse operations. Experience in SOP writing and understanding of GMP compliance in warehouse settings. Ability to work and collaborate effectively in an organized and safe environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. Motivated and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a reactive and efficient manner. Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, as required. Supervisory experience in a unionized environment is a plus. Forklift license is an asset but not required. This Sr. Supervisor role focuses on the development and coaching of supervisors and their teams, fostering an environment where growth, feedback, and efficiency drive the overall success of warehouse and janitorial operations.

Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director International Sales & Planning and Performance, the International Sales Planning and Performance Manager will be responsible for planning, leading and executing International Business Unit (IBU) planning and forecasting cycles with both the internal and external teams. This role is responsible for monitoring sales and tracking and reporting on the KPI's for the business, with the goal of streamlining and optimizing these processes to drive insights, accountability to the sales team, and better visibility to the organization to enable the IBU team to achieve their short and long-term business goals.

Overall Responsibilities Reporting to the Managers of Quality Control (Chemistry and Microbiology) the Research Chemist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, validating and implementing qualitative and quantitative analytical testing methods for the active ingredients used in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical and Herbal preparations.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and validate analytical testing methods for active ingredients in both new and existing formulations to ensure accurate and reliable results. Optimize existing analytical testing methods for new product matrices and formulations. Prepare and execute method validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and preparing comprehensive final validation reports. Implement new analytical testing methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis, including the creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard testing procedures (STPs). Assist QC Supervisors and Senior Technologists in method transfers to the various analytical testing areas. Collaborate with Quality Control Managers to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing lab efficiency and productivity. Support QC Technologists with training, development and troubleshooting technical issues that pertain to testing methodologies or analytical equipment in order to maintain high testing accuracy. Oversee the implementation, qualification and maintenance of new and existing analytical instrumentation. Work closely with the Product Development team to troubleshoot and resolve method-related issues arising from formulation interactions or modifications. Evaluate method implementation feasibility based on cost of testing and testing volumes. Participate in the quality auditing of our external service providers. Ensure that testing guidelines, United States Pharmacopeia, and international Pharmacopeias (BP,EU & JP), as well as relevant regulations are kept up to date. Attend AOAC and USP meetings/conferences as needed. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the company's Safety Responsibilities Procedure, to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all relevant areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained in all GMP-sensitive areas of Jamieson Wellness facilities. Contribute to additional duties and projects as required to support team and organizational goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Minimum requirement of a master's degree in chemistry (or related science field) or five (5) years equivalent experience in the Research and Development or Analytical Testing/Method Development field in a Pharmaceutical laboratory setting. ln depth knowledge and experience with ICP, HPLC, GC, UV, IR and wet chemistry techniques. Experience with specialized instrumentation software (i.e. OpenLab CDS, MassHunter, etc) is preferred. Familiar with the USP, FCC, EP and AOAC and the other standards used in the food and drug industry. Ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Superior communication and management skills. Commitment to continuous professional improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills. Overall Responsibilities Reporting to the Managers of Quality Control (Chemistry and Microbiology) the Research Chemist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, validating and implementing qualitative and quantitative analytical testing methods for the active ingredients used in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical and Herbal preparations.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and validate analytical testing methods for active ingredients in both new and existing formulations to ensure accurate and reliable results. Optimize existing analytical testing methods for new product matrices and formulations. Prepare and execute method validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and preparing comprehensive final validation reports. Implement new analytical testing methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis, including the creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard testing procedures (STPs). Assist QC Supervisors and Senior Technologists in method transfers to the various analytical testing areas. Collaborate with Quality Control Managers to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing lab efficiency and productivity. Support QC Technologists with training, development and troubleshooting technical issues that pertain to testing methodologies or analytical equipment in order to maintain high testing accuracy. Oversee the implementation, qualification and maintenance of new and existing analytical instrumentation. Work closely with the Product Development team to troubleshoot and resolve method-related issues arising from formulation interactions or modifications. Evaluate method implementation feasibility based on cost of testing and testing volumes. Participate in the quality auditing of our external service providers. Ensure that testing guidelines, United States Pharmacopeia, and international Pharmacopeias (BP,EU & JP), as well as relevant regulations are kept up to date. Attend AOAC and USP meetings/conferences as needed. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the company’s Safety Responsibilities Procedure, to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all relevant areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained in all GMP-sensitive areas of Jamieson Wellness facilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Minimum requirement of a master’s degree in chemistry (or related science field) or five (5) years equivalent experience in the Research and Development or Analytical Testing/Method Development field in a Pharmaceutical laboratory setting. ln depth knowledge and experience with ICP, HPLC, GC, UV, IR and wet chemistry techniques. Experience with specialized instrumentation software (i.e. OpenLab CDS, MassHunter, etc) is preferred. Overall Responsibilities The Sr. Supply Planner (12-Month Contract) ensures production is aligned to satisfy projected demand requirements while meeting inventory and optimizing operational efficiencies. They will develop end to end supply plans that meet inventory fulfillment for a specific category of product(s). Reporting to the Manager, Supply Planning the Sr. Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for their portions of the Master Plan.

Production Plan Create and maintain supply plan for assigned products and location(s) that align with business planning cycle, customer requirements, and demand plan to meet service and inventory targets. Inventory Management Provide input in the development of annual inventory budgets/ forecasts monthly. Publish and perform analysis on inventory aging buckets and recommend corrective actions. Periodically review inventory replenishment models parameters (safety, cycle stock levels and lead times) and implement models to exclude or align with certain types of demand fluctuations. Review and propose economic quantities for manufactured and/or purchased finished goods.
Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Publish and perform root cause analysis on key metrics including inventory turns, customer service levels, Net Requirement accuracy in monthly meetings. Team lead/SME on business improvement objectives; Systems, Software, MRP, and SOPs Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned and within the timeframes specified. Train the peers in specific Supply Planning systems and processes. Overall Responsibilities The Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform quality audits and in-process inspection on the manufacturing operations, packaging operations, and warehousing operations within the facility thus ensuring that quality manufacturing as defined by GMP is maintained.
