    Qualifications

    High school diploma

    2 years of retail experience is an asset

    1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment

    Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships

    Demonstrates effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously

    About You

    This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Markham, Ontario office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

    The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,400 - $135,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performanceand business needs.
