We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and loads in an efficient manner. • Communicate with drivers to provide detailed load information and updates. • Monitor driver locations, routes, and delivery status using dispatch software/GPS. • Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or changes in delivery schedules. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and trip details. • Build and maintain relationships with shippers, brokers, and drivers. • Ensure compliance with DOT/transportation regulations. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a dispatcher in trucking/logistics preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems is an asset. • Knowledge of transportation regulations (Hours of Service, DOT, ELD, etc.). • High school diploma or equivalent (college or logistics training is a plus).
