    Analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues Provide level 1 and 2 application support for our Trimble System across 11 locations utilizing remote connection Work with Corporate IT for Level 3 support Build, maintain and enhance reports using the appropriate tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel) Maintain and configure EDI with customers Administer and manage company's IBC Phone Systems Develop and maintain business relationships with suppliers, identify the needs of the company and source supplies for inventory Coordinate and manage the deployment of system upgrades, as well as the implementation of new IT systems and services Qualifications

    University or College Diploma in Computer Science. At least 1-2 year helpdesk related work experience Strong working knowledge and experience of SQL and Crystal Reports EDI experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills a must Experience in the trucking/transportation industry using TruckMate and Document Imaging Software applications would be an asset.     Qualifications

    Location & Hours Relocation Consultant – Saskatoon, SK. Full-time, Monday to Friday.

    Responsibilities

    Serve both the Saskatoon and Prince Albert Moving Divisions.

    Visit client homes to provide moving assessments and deliver outstanding customer service and support.

    Make regular sales calls and visits to existing and prospective accounts; travel regionally required.

    Perform over-the-phone or virtual surveys.

    Consistently promote all company services with enthusiasm.

    Prepare timely and useful reports on sales for management.

    Inquire regularly about customer satisfaction, promptly report any dissatisfaction or dispute issues, and assist in resolving them.

    Qualifications

    Strong relationship-building sales skills focused on meeting customer needs.

    Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated, and dependable.

    Strong time-management abilities.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Valid Class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable driver abstract.

    Previous knowledge of the household moving industry is an asset but not required.
