Key Responsibilities:
The Area Loss Prevention Manager is to maximize profitability in the business by protecting all company assets, which include personnel, property, inventory, and costs. Some of the main duties include:
- Supporting Store Operations teams through analysis of fraud and loss.
- Developing and delivering training to reduce loss and increase inventory accuracy.
- Auditing stores to evaluate Operational and LP compliance.
- Conducting fraud investigations and interviews (both in person and virtually).
- The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of associates, management, law enforcement, and court personnel.
- Tracking and monitoring of the company shrink programs.
- Creating effective partnerships both in the field and with district/regional business partners that can be leveraged to achieve the Company's goals, such as shrink control, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
- The work environment for this position is a combination of office, warehouse, and retail setting.
- Travel, air, or land is required 3 to 5 days per week. Overnight travel may be required for business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of multi- store loss prevention experience.
- Wicklander- Zulawski - Level 1 certification is required.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel 3-5 days per week (including overnight travel as needed).

The role: The Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing JD Sports' supply chain and logistics operations. This role will support data-driven decision-making across transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and vendor performance to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across Canada. Key Responsibilities: Analyze logistics data (transportation costs, delivery timelines, order accuracy, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment. Collaborate with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams to improve inbound and outbound logistics performance. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Ownership of internal logistics process analysis and optimization Support the logistics budgeting process through data analysis and forecasting. Participate in logistics projects, including warehouse optimization, network planning, and sustainability initiatives. Partnering with cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to support key initiatives and operational roadmaps Investigate and help resolve supply chain disruptions or delays. Assist in developing processes and tools for improved tracking and reporting of freight, inventory movement, and vendor compliance. Stay up to date on industry trends, freight markets, and regulatory changes affecting logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail data analysis roles Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/WMS systems. Familiarity with Jesta is an asset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of transportation/logistics operations (domestic and international) preferred.
