    This is a full-time, permanent, non-bargaining role (40 hours per week) reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
    ABOUT THE ROLEThe EMO Director & Fire Chief provides strategic leadership, operational command, and administrative oversight for all municipal emergency management and fire services.
    This role ensures compliance with the New Brunswick Emergency Measures Act, Fire Prevention Act, municipal bylaws, and applicable provincial standards. The successful candidate will lead emergency preparedness planning, incident command, fire suppression operations, fire prevention programming, training, and departmental administration.
    This position works closely with Municipal Council, NB EMO, the Office of the Fire Marshal, Woodstock Police Force, RCMP, Public Works, regional partners, and community stakeholders.

    OVERVIEWAs Construction Site Supervisor / Foreman, you will be the driving force behind the successful on-site execution of custom residential and light commercial construction projects. You’ll guide crews and trades through each stage of the build, protect the quality of the final fit-and-finish, and ensure safety, sequencing, and craftsmanship are never compromised.
    Reporting to the ownership and project management team, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage trades and materials, and maintain excellent communication with clients and project stakeholders.
