We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented housekeeper/cleaner, to maintain the private apartment of our company CEO on a weekly basis, with the opportunity to take on additional paid cleaning contracts as our company expands throughout 2026. Primary Role - 1 bed/1 bath Apartment Housekeeping: - Location: Orleans - Hours: 8hrs bi-weekly (5hrs one week for a deep cleaning, 3hrs the next for a quick cleaning) - $20/h cash ($160 bi-weekly, ~ $350/m) - Duties include: general tidying and organization, dusting and surface wiping, vacuuming and mopping, kitchen cleaning and dishes, bathroom cleaning, laundry - including washing, drying, ironing, and folding. Secondary Role - On-call Cleaning Work: - Candidates will be given priority for additional paid work as new contracts come in, including: residential cleaning, commercial spaces, industrial sites, and vehicle detailing / interior cleaning. - No guaranteed hours, but possibility for as many as desired. - This is ideal for someone looking to grow hours over time, with the flexibility to choose as many or as little hours as they'd like, whenever they'd like, rather than a fixed, capped schedule. Optional Opportunity - Marketing & Referrals (Commission-Based): - We are also looking for individuals interested in helping us expand by: distributing physical marketing materials (flyers, cards, posters) and sharing digital marketing content online, using unique referral codes, to earn a 5% commission on signed contracts (E.g., $10,000 1-year contract = $500 commission). Ideal Candidate: - Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred. - Comfortable working independently. - Own car (will be given all cleaning supplies necessary for both apartment cleaning and additional on-call work, but must be able to store in own vehicle or at home and have reliable transportation to work sites and our company storage unit when additional supplies are needed).
