Launched in November 2005, our AFS business has over 950 dedicated professionals with offices worldwide, providing administration services to more than 150 clients across all alternative asset classes.You will be involved in daily client interactions, managing expectations, balancing multiple priorities, and working in a team setting to deliver accurate and timely reporting to clients and investors.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain books and records of Private Equity funds, including GP vehicles, in accounting databases according to governing documents.Prepare and review periodic Net Asset Valuations and financial reports, including financial statements, management fee and carried interest calculations, and investor allocations.Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations, investor notices, and reconcile call proceeds and payments.Manage the release of capital notices and quarterly reporting on investor portals.Collaborate with managers, teams, and internal stakeholders to manage client expectations and ensure adherence to SLA timelines for deliverables and requests.Adhere to control frameworks, including internal policies and procedures.Manage year-end processes and coordinate with external auditors and tax teams.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably at a Big 4, PE firm, or fund administrator.Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and familiarity with Private Equity fund structures.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills, with the ability to see projects to completion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProfessional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) is a plus.Experience with Investran or similar Private Equity systems is a plus.About UsJPMorgan Chase, with over 200 years of history, offers innovative financial solutions worldwide.
