    Kelly's customer, located in Etobicoke, ON, is looking for an experienced a Collections and Litigation Associate for a 12-month contract providing courteous collection practices and maintaining reasonable levels of defaults.
    Monitor assigned accounts for past due balances.
    Contact delinquent customers by phone, email, fax, or other means to address and resolve past due balances.
    Ability to identify when past due account requires escalation of our attempts to resolve the past due accounts, e.g., involving legal counsel and or bailiff.
    Build a network of associates to assist in repossession or legal representation.
    Collect on charged off accounts, bad debt, sell equipment to Hino/forklift dealers and offer settlements.
    Determine value of assets; determine the appropriate legal action necessary to recover amounts due or recover equipment.
    Work with bankruptcy attorneys to ensure the organization obtains asset(s), filing proof of claim(s), follow up on Relief of Stay. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
    Work with truck and forklift dealers to collect past due payments, sell bankruptcy and repossessed units to dealers to mitigate and reduce fees, while building strong relationships.
    Generate reports for management and assist in special projects, as required.

    3 – 5 years' experience required in collections, remarketing, and litigation.
    ~ A good understanding of specific documents is required to put the customer on notice that the account must be brought current, or we will commence legal proceedings to remedy the default.
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
    ~ Minimum one year customer service experience in Leasing or similar field.
    ~ Excellent oral and written skills in the English, French is an asset.

    Position Summary

    Responsibilities

    Human Resources

    - Maintain accurate data input in the HRIS system
    - Assist with maintaining personnel files for compliance

This individual will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving processes, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and executing customer order fulfillment both from our office and through third-party logistics (3PL) partners.RESPONSIBILITIES:Shipping & Receiving (Office-Based):Handle incoming and outgoing office shipments, including samples and non-production items.Receive shipments into the office and manage related documentation.Inbound Logistics:Track inbound shipments to Canada.Liaise with carriers (UPS, DHL, etc.) to ensure smooth transit and on-time delivery.Coordinate with Customs Brokers and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely clearance and goods receipt.Perform goods receipts for non-production and R&D purchase orders.Invoice Validation:Review and validate invoices for shipments from vendors (e.g., XR, Tokai).Validate freight invoices from DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Livingston.Warehouse Coordination:Call off materials from 3PL warehouse to office as needed.Create shipment orders using the 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS).Scan products into quarantine and maintain traceability records in the master database.Outbound Shipping to 3PL:Generate UPS shipping labels and packing lists.Execute transfer orders in the system to release inventory to 3PL warehouse.Customer Order Fulfillment (Office):Create and manage sales orders in ERP for assigned customer accounts.Pick, pack, and ship orders from the office.Generate and attach traceability information to packing lists.Post sales orders and forward all documentation (packing list, shipping label, POD) to Accounts Receivable for billing.Customer Order Fulfillment (3PL):Initiate shipment orders using 3PL WMS.Send packing list with pallet and case SSCC to 3PL.Track outbound shipments and obtain proof of delivery (POD).Submit all shipment documentation to Accounts Receivable.REQUIREMENTS:2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.Proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred).Strong communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).PERKS:Work Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm$23.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay, paid weeklyWork with a dynamic organization that continues to growWhy Kelly®?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
