Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent technical certification in a relevant field. Microsoft Certifications are a strong asset.
Prior experience in SaaS support and delivery, with a focus on both IaaS and PaaS solutions within Azure environments using Azure DevOps, Octopus, etc.
Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly as it relates to configuring and managing Azure‑based systems with ARM, Bicep and/or Terraform.
Solid understanding of security principles in complex ecosystems and proficiency with debugging and diagnostic tools to resolve application issues effectively.
Ability to automate common tasks with PowerShell, PowerAutomate, Azure Functions.
Experience managing traditional server‑based environments, including SFTP, IIS and SQL Server, as well as supporting third‑party and in‑house applications.
Excellent communication skills for clear and effective collaboration with developers, management, and technical teams.
Configuration hardening against standards such as NIST, STIG's, CIS Benchmarks, etc.
Working in a regulated environment like PCI, SOC II, ISO27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
