We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead daily operations ensuring we maintain our high quality and exceptional service standards. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the company's commitment to "simplifying life". Key Responsibilities • Operational Management: Ensure consistent, high quality service standards to our clientele. This includes overseeing the intake process where concierges conduct detailed onboarding questionnaires with new members. • Service Delivery & Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships and agreements with the "best in class" external partners and vendors used to complete specialized tasks like snow removal, landscaping, and home maintenance. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the concierge staff. Foster a culture of high performance and empathy, ensuring staff can "read a space" and make independent decisions in client homes. • Client Satisfaction: Act as a point of escalation for complex issues or complaints, ensuring that the "satisfaction guarantee" is always upheld. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, health and safety standards, and insurance requirements. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: Proven track record in operational leadership, ideally within the luxury hospitality or personalized service sectors. • Leadership: Exceptional ability to motivate and guide diverse teams across different service areas. • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills, as you will be the liaison between clients, staff, and external partners. • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to handle the unpredictable nature of a multi-service concierge business. • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
