This organization designs and manufactures highly engineered HVAC and thermal solutions for demanding commercial, industrial, and off-road applications, serving OEM customers across sectors such as agriculture, construction, mining, forestry, defense, and specialty vehicles. With a strong North American footprint and global reach, this business is known for its technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and continued investment in advanced manufacturing and innovation. This Financial Controller role represents a critical leadership position within the Finance function, reporting directly to the President with a dotted line to the CFO. The role will be accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all accounting and financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, internal controls, audits, and compliance under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. In addition to statutory and group reporting responsibilities, the Financial Controller will partner closely with Operations and Commercial leadership to provide clear, decision-ready financial insights that support performance improvement, margin management, and effective capital deployment. Beyond technical capability, this opportunity requires a collaborative, commercially minded finance leader who can translate financial outcomes into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.
