The Production Coordinator intern supports broadcast, digital video, social video, animation, and still
photography projects, physical and live events, 360 production and print production from
concept through final delivery. This role partners with Creative, Production, and client teams to
manage scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring smooth execution across pre-production,
production, and post-production. The position contributes to both logistical coordination and
hands-on production support.

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination, scheduling, sourcing support, and administrative tasks. This is a junior, operations-focused role suited for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, managing logistics, and supporting a busy team.
The role is primarily focused on coordination and administrative support, with some light candidate sourcing across open roles. You will help ensure recruiting processes run smoothly while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, Resource Management, and the People Practices team with day-to-day hiring operations.

Recruiting Coordination & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Manage calendars and scheduling logistics to ensure interviews run smoothly. Send interview confirmations, preparation materials, and follow-up communications. Track interview progress and help ensure hiring processes move forward efficiently.
Recruiting Administration
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system. Post job openings and support updates across recruiting platforms. Assist with preparation of offer documentation and onboarding coordination when required. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Sourcing Support
Conduct basic candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Support sourcing efforts across 10+ open roles, building lists of potential candidates. Assist with candidate outreach and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Contractor & Resource Coordination
Support coordination of contract freelancers, including documentation and scheduling logistics. Partner with Resource Management to help track contractor start dates, extensions, and role requirements. Ensure contractor documentation is accurate and up to date.
Collaboration with People Practices
Work with the People Practices team to support onboarding logistics and documentation. Ensure candidate and hiring documentation aligns with internal people processes.

High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
