Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a family law legal assistant or law clerk in a law firm or legal department Proficiency in preparing separation agreements, financial statements, and other standard family law documents and forms Strong knowledge of child support and spousal support calculations (e.g., Federal Child Support Guidelines) Comfortable learning new software tools Experience with family law tech solutions a plus Ability to clearly explain tech solutions to a variety of users, from novice to advanced Exceptional written and verbal communication Experience in a customer-facing or client service role is an asset Comfortable collaborating across remote teams, balancing autonomy and team communication.
