Mettre en œuvre de processus automatisés, notamment pour la rotation locale des mots de passe et la gestion des comptes de service. Élaborer des procédures opérationnelles, des cadres de travail et des processus de documentation normalisés. Effectuer des examens trimestriels des droits d’accès privilégiés. Interpréter et résumer les informations techniques pour les présenter à des interlocuteurs non spécialisés. Élaborer et améliorer les processus et les procédures de protection des données de connexion. Générer des rapports mensuels et trimestriels, et créer des tableaux de bord à l’intention de la direction. Examiner les technologies de sécurité et les systèmes d’authentification en place, et évaluer leur conformité aux politiques de KPMG, aux règlements et aux meilleurs contrôles relatifs à la protection des actifs informationnels de l’entreprise en matière de sécurité et de confidentialité. Améliorer les politiques, les normes et les procédures en matière de sécurité informatique en collaboration avec les équipes des applications et de la technologie responsables de la configuration et du fonctionnement quotidiens des systèmes. Assurer l’ajout et le retrait des utilisateurs, des comptes et des clés. Évaluer et examiner l’infrastructure technologique nouvelle et existante afin d’identifier les principaux secteurs de risque, et veiller à ce que des niveaux adéquats de contrôles sont en place pour les pallier.     We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team.     The CRC Senior Manager will be assisting the audit business units and the CRC Champions network D&A Center monthly reporting and budget modelling so that they are able to manage their CRC objectives and related KPIs. Therefore, a primary role of the CRC Senior Manager is to provide direct support and guidance to both offshore and onshore teams so that Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence on their audits.
    What You Will Do
    Operations
    Overseeing day-to-day operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence in collaboration with other members of the CRC national management team and CDST team. Provide direct support to audit engagement teams so they can effectively leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence on their engagements. Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team at the CRC in India by identifying areas for quality improvement and overseeing the implementation of solutions to ensure the highest audit quality and deliverables. Prepare training materials, how-to, monthly/quarterly newsletters, and other guidance documents for the internal CRC portal. Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business.
    Data & Analytics
    Identify potential new services, offerings, and tools to enhance the experience of audit engagement teams using the CRC. Perform annual budgeting, forecasting and hours / FTE modelling using various data analytic programs. Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development. Work closely with other members of the onshore national CRC team and CDST team and the offshore management team to ensure sufficient fulfiller licensing and restrict access to security groups. Review and approve requests for access to standard software and technology tools used by offshore delivery team members i.e., Visio Pro, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.

    Expected to be a performance manager to more junior team members. Willingness to travel internationally and ability to obtain requisite business traveler visa / work permits for India. The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment. The successful candidate recognizes and agrees to start their day earlier or work later than the normal office hours to allow for sufficient overlap with the offshore management team. This is a critical success factor in ensuring smooth operational oversight.

    What You Bring To The Role
    Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent. 8+ years of experience working with a public practice accounting firm, with at least 5 years in a management role. Senior manager or equivalent, having at least 2 years of experience with KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years auditing and team management experience. Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, Database Management or Programming (or similar programs or a combination of relevant experience) is required. Proficiency and knowledgeable with databases including SQL, My SQL, Oracle etc. is an asset. Proficiency and knowledgeable with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Python, R, Alteryx, Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate. Proficiency and knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset. Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills - you are a proactive person and always come up with new ideas and ways of working forward.     KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
    The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, Database Management or Programming (or similar programs or a combination of relevant experience) is required.     Identify potential new services, offerings, and tools to enhance the experience of audit engagement teams using the CRC. Perform annual budgeting, forecasting and hours / FTE modelling using various data analytic programs. Work closely with other members of the onshore national CRC team and CDST team and the offshore management team to ensure sufficient fulfiller licensing and restrict access to security groups.     What You Bring To The Role
    Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent. 8+ years of experience working with a public practice accounting firm, with at least 5 years in a management role. Senior manager or equivalent, having at least 2 years of experience with KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years auditing and team management experience. Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, Database Management or Programming (or similar programs or a combination of relevant experience) is required. Proficiency and knowledgeable with databases including SQL, My SQL, Oracle etc. is an asset.     We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team to work from India. This role will ideally suit a professional with a proven track record of exceptional communication and technical skills in the assurance practice primarily on compilations.     The CRC Senior Manager will be assisting the enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modelling so that they are able to manage their CRC objectives and related KPIs. Therefore, a primary role of the CRC Senior Manager is to provide direct support and guidance to both offshore and onshore teams so that Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC on their compilations work.
    The focus will be to support engagement teams working on compilations and to formalize processes and policies for Risk Management and regulatory compliance purposes.
    What You Will Do
    Operations
    Overseeing day-to-day operations in collaboration with other members of the CRC national management team. Provide direct support to enterprise and ECS engagement teams so they can effectively leverage the Assurance CRC on their engagements. Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team at the CRC in India by identifying areas for quality improvement and overseeing the implementation of solutions to ensure the highest audit quality and deliverables. Prepare training materials, how-to, monthly/quarterly newsletters, and other guidance documents for the internal CRC portal. Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business. Oversee the usage of One Port (our intake portal) and be responsible to update existing intake processes and create new processed as necessary and as new services are developed and deployed. Test updated and new processes to ensure they operate as designed.
    Reporting
    Provide support to geographic business units to achieve geographic and local office CRC objectives. Prepare monthly reporting packages for senior audit leadership and business unit leaders, including financial results and strategic commentary on hours results and trends.
    Compliance - Controls
    Oversee the performance of the various controls to ensure they are operating effectively throughout the year, and that reporting timelines are being met. Work with the Department of Professional Practice and the Canadian risk management team to ensure that the services provided by the audit CRC team to engagement teams are approved prior to deployment to ensure high quality.
