Manage transactions such as: Real estate transactions Leasing and borrowing Drafting various agreements including purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements and commercial lease agreements. Wills & estate planning Buying and selling businesses and more
Who we’re looking for A candidate who has:
3 years of experience as a Solicitor Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a client centered approach A highly organized work ethic A sense of humor and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
