Minimum of 5 years of experience in deskside support, with a focus on white glove and VIP support. Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS operating systems, as well as common business software applications. Experience with mobile device management and support for iOS and Android devices. Exposure to Endpoint management Tools like SCCM, INTUNE will be an added benefit Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work off-hours as needed to support critical IT needs and ensure continuous service availability. Experience in a corporate environment, with an understanding of the unique needs and expectations of VIP clients.
