Responsible for leading our financial reporting, and accountable for managing the revenue and costs across Canada. Roles works closely across our entire organization, and with Senior Leaders to support the development our strategic plans to deliver revenue, cost and cash flow improvement. Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required), Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.Thorough knowledge of Canadian GAAP & IFRS 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial controls. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership. General knowledge of good planning and control practices Ability to simplify complex issues. Role Summary The Sr. Manager, Insights drives brand growth by uncovering and translating deep consumer and market understanding into strategic action. This role leads research initiatives on brand health, advertising effectiveness, and innovation performance, synthesizing insights to guide portfolio strategies and decision-making. With expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the Sr. Manager partners with cross-functional teams, manages research partners, and delivers compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders, while staying ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities. Job Responsibilities Reporting into the Director, Insights & Strategy to identify brand growth opportunities by deeply understanding Canadian consumers, their behaviors, and attitudes. Support the development of brand portfolio strategies that leverage consumer insights to inform brand positioning and drive long-term growth. Partner with brand and innovation teams to identify key learning needs and translate these into actionable research plans. Lead the development and execution of research initiatives focused on brand health tracking, advertising effectiveness, and innovation performance. Synthesize brand and consumer insights from various sources (e.g., brand tracking, consumer segmentation, campaign evaluations) to guide strategic decision-making. Develop compelling presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with research partners and manage the quality and delivery of insights on a project basis. Stay informed of industry trends and consumer shifts to proactively identify emerging opportunities for the brand. Job Qualifications A University Degree in Business or related field Minimum 6-8 years of experience in market research with a focus on brand, consumer insights, or innovation research Previous experience in an agency or consultancy setting is strongly recommended.
