A propos du poste : Le ou la gestionnaire adjoint(e), Production, produit les résultats de la chaîne de production en réalisant les plans de production, et en se conformant à la sécurité, aux coûts d’exploitation, à la qualité, au rendement du matériel, aux projets d’immobilisations et au développement organisationnel pour permettre de garantir la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels de l’entreprise. Le ou la gestionnaire adjoint(e) est responsable de tous les aspects de la qualité des produits et des processus. L’accent est mis sur l’amélioration continue, le perfectionnement des compétences, le contrôle budgétaire, le dépannage proactif, la réduction des excédents de poids et l’amélioration de la qualité au premier passage. Responsabilités clés: Soutenir les chaînes de production pour s’assurer que les mesures quantitatives et qualitatives comprises dans les mesures des systèmes de gestion quotidienne (DMS) comme le plan de production, sont respectées, l’utilisation efficace de la main-d’œuvre, les coûts standard, les réductions de coûts, la productivité, l’amélioration continue, l’assainissement, la satisfaction des consommateurs et l’amélioration des immobilisations et des technologies. Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du programme du Système de gestion de la qualité de Parmalat (PQMS), assurer la direction et la supervision de toutes les questions liées au travail et faire partie intégrante de l’équipe de direction de la production. Diriger les réunions de communication des systèmes de gestion quotidienne (DMS) et créer le plan stratégique en vue d’améliorer l’efficacité des chaînes en ciblant la réduction des pertes, et assurer la création d’un environnement de collaboration pour réaliser des gains d’efficience au sein des services. Diriger les superviseur(e)s en leur fournissant de la rétroaction et des recommandations, en déterminant les besoins de formation et en assurant la direction des tâches. Aider les gestionnaires et les équipes à atteindre les objectifs énoncés dans le plan d’exploitation. Promouvoir et renforcer un esprit d’équipe positif, notamment les efforts visant à établir et à maintenir des niveaux élevés d’engagement et de communication des employé(e)s. Maintenir un milieu de travail sécuritaire en exécutant des programmes de santé et de sécurité d’entreprise axés sur la prévention, en veillant à ce que la santé et la sécurité soient une priorité absolue et en atteignant les cibles des incidents. S’assurer que tous les accidents font l’objet d’une enquête, qu’une cause fondamentale est déterminée et que des mesures correctives sont mises en œuvre. Veiller à ce que les programmes (p. ex., STOP, Safestart, Pairs à pairs, vérifications internes, évaluations ergonomiques) soient mis à jour et remis en question afin d’accroître la sensibilisation et l’engagement des employé(e)s envers la sécurité. Promouvoir la recherche de l’excellence dans toutes les activités de production, notamment celles requises pour favoriser une qualité, un rendement et une limitation des coûts optimaux, et un minimum de remises en état ou de déclassements. Surveiller et communiquer le rendement de façon continue pour s’assurer que la production est orientée sur les cibles. Soutenir la mise en œuvre et le maintien de tous les programmes d’assurance de la qualité, y compris le PQMS, le HACCP et les BPF connexes. Participer à la vérification des dossiers et du site, ainsi qu’à l’examen annuel de tous les programmes. Coordonner avec d’autres services (p. ex., Maintenance, Qualité, RH, Finances) pour maximiser l’efficacité et l’efficience globales
    Ce que vous apporterez: Diplôme universitaire en génie ou en sciences ou expérience équivalente. De trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un environnement de transformation ou de fabrication de produits laitiers ou d’aliments (atout important), notamment la planification de la production, le contrôle des stocks, la qualité et les méthodes d’amélioration continue. De trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience en supervision et en leadership. Expérience en évaluation financière du rendement des usines et en relations entre les syndicats et la direction. Solides capacités de leadership et en relations interpersonnelles. Connaissance des codes réglementaires et règlements (HACCP, Santé et sécurité, ACIA, TSSA), de l’industrie alimentaire et des sciences alimentaires (atout important).     Compensation:As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $144,800 – $181,000+.Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications
