The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO and ownership group, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will own the finance function, provide actionable insights to support decision‑making, and help drive business performance across the organization. This role combines strategic influence with operational responsibility, offering a direct path to ownership incentives and significant long‑term upside. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, analysis, and execution, while leading a small but highly effective finance team. Your work will touch all areas of the business—from operations and supply chain to sales and product development—allowing you to have tangible impact on growth, profitability, and organizational success.
