LawnSavers is looking for a senior leader to join our executive team and help scale our company to new heights—while keeping our foundation rock solid. You’ll be the Integrator to our founder’s Visionary. You’ll turn big ideas into clear execution, manage the daily rhythm of the business, and coach our leaders across sales, service, admin, and production.
    We’re a family-run lawn care company with 35 years of trust in the GTA—and we’re just getting started. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for performance across all departments Implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) practices: run Level 10s, track Rocks, drive Scorecard traction Build strong leadership across the company through coaching, clarity, and accountability Translate company vision into actionable plans, and ensure follow-through Own the rhythm of the business: planning, review meetings, systems, dashboards, and KPIs Identify gaps and opportunities in processes, staffing, and systems—and improve them Partner with the CEO to remove bottlenecks and keep the company aligned on priorities Who You Are Experienced in running day-to-day operations in a growing home services, trades, or recurring-revenue business A seasoned team leader with excellent communication, conflict resolution, and delegation skills A firm but fair operator: process-driven, organized, and clear with expectations Someone who thrives behind the scenes turning chaos into order and people into high performers Financially literate: understands margins, job costing, budgets, and operational levers Familiar with EOS (or eager to adopt it), and excited to be the glue between people and process Committed to building a values-driven company with a strong service reputation and great culture Compensation Package $120,000–$132,000 base salary, depending on experience Performance bonus up to 25%, tied to growth, margin, retention, and team KPIs Benefits package including health and RRSP matching This is a senior leadership role where you'll operate like a COO—bringing focus, discipline, and traction as we scale.     Compensation Package
