Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring paid media campaigns are measured, effective and deliver a positive return on investment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2–4 years in Retail Paid Media (Enterprise level preferred). Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with proven experience executing campaigns. Strong understanding of TV/Radio reach/frequency and post-buy analysis. Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies or media reps. Experience planning and executing media budgets with strong ability to manage pacing and accruals of complex monthly spend across multiple vendors.
