ABOUT THE ROLEThe Summer External Relations Assistant will assist virtually with maintaining and updating digital records, providing administrative support, and conducting research, with a focus on Government Relations and Alumni Relations.
What You’ll Be DoingMaintain and update digital records on Raiser’s EdgeResearch grants & opportunities within the provincial government and community organizations suitable for our organizationSupport the implementation of projects and initiatives developed by the Let’s Talk Science Alumni CouncilProvide administrative support to the Alumni Council, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up on action items, organizing relevant data, and preparing and mailing out letters to alumni as requiredAssist in maintaining and growing the Let's Talk Science Alumni LinkedIn pageHelp identify and support opportunities to leverage Alumni thought leadershipOther duties as requested/required that are within the scope of the position
