This position will oversee all assigned Energy accounts, including oil and gas, power generation, and renewable energy, ensuring best-in-class service. Under limited supervision, this role provides risk assessment and insurance risk engineering/loss control services for both First- and Third-Party lines. It serves as a technical expert, offering information, recommendations, and risk evaluations as required. Additionally, the position involves developing technical content, including guidelines, white papers, resources, and training materials for underwriting, risk services/engineering, claims, brokers, and client partners. The successful candidate will maintain effective partnerships with Underwriting, Claims, and global partners from Risk Control Services/Risk Engineering. This position acts as a company representative at client, broker, and other events/meetings as directed by their manager. Furthermore, they will serve as a trainer and mentor to peers and/or less experienced consultants and underwriters in their specialty area, at their manager's discretion. In this senior role within Liberty Mutual Canada, the ideal candidate will actively participate in the acquisition and retention of profitable business by supporting Underwriters with their business development and marketing activities. They will be expected to promote and maintain the high standards of risk services and engineering while managing relationships with key broker partners and clients. Additionally, the candidate will provide valuable insights, knowledge, and support for regional strategies and contribute to operational improvements. Duties & Responsibilities Embrace Liberty's Guidelines for Inclusion and actively promote its application within the organization. Assume ownership for allocated and prospect accounts within our Energy book of business, as well as any assigned or requested Lines of Business. Also accountable for completing surveys, following up on key recommendations, and ensuring that risk services/engineering information on file is up to date. Manage account risk portfolio and provide account-level engineering to meet underwriting requirements. Conduct specialized consultative services for assigned customers, including identifying significant loss exposures, conducting root cause investigations of major losses, and evaluating safety management programs within a designated technical area or territory. Develop and implement customer service strategies that reduce loss and improve customer safety operations. Assist underwriting teams by providing risk assessments for current and prospective accounts. Participate in customer and broker meetings to showcase service capabilities. Organize, prepare, and present reports outlining outcome-based action plans for improved practices as well as influence positive customer support of recommended solution(s). Provide technical input on claims, including the review of claims reports and site visits to identify areas for claims mitigation and recommendations for improvement. Plan, organize, and perform desk-based risk assessments and onsite risk services/engineering surveys for existing and prospective clients, as required by Underwriters. Enhance Liberty Mutual's leadership in the field and increase brand awareness through potential speaking engagements, networking, and the development of industry resources such as position papers, newsletters, and technical references. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned lines of business, including construction methodology and technologies, loss prevention, regulations, industry trends, etc. to support underwriting decision-making and profitability. Establish effective partnerships with customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their risk management objectives and needs.     Description du poste:
    L'analyste de comptes est chargé d'appuyer l'équipe de souscription dans la gestion des nouveaux comptes et des renouvellements de comptes. Il s'agit de recueillir et de saisir des informations essentielles dans les modèles de tarification, d'effectuer des analyses initiales du risque, du sinistre et des garanties, et d'assurer un traitement rapide et précis tout au long du cycle de vie de la police d'assurance.
    Fonctions et responsabilités :
    Soutien à l'évaluation des données : recueillir, organiser et saisir les données dans les modèles de tarification pour les nouvelles soumissions et les renouvellements de comptes afin de contribuer au processus d'évaluation des données Analyse des comptes : effectuer des analyses préliminaires du risque, du sinistre et des garanties afin d'aider les souscripteurs dans leur processus décisionnel Gestion du flux de travail : superviser le flux de travail pour les comptes modérés à complexes, depuis l'autorisation jusqu'à l'émission de la police, en veillant au respect des lignes directrices en matière de conformité et des normes de documentation Coordination des services : répondre rapidement aux demandes de service, en apportant un soutien aux souscripteurs et aux agents/courtiers afin de faciliter une communication et une prestation de services harmonieuses Traitement des polices : traiter les demandes de tarification et émettre des polices, effectuer des audits, créer des avenants et effectuer des résiliations de polices d'assurance des entreprises de manière rapide et précise Respect des procédures : respecter les procédures opérationnelles standard et les instructions de traitement détaillées afin d'assurer un contrôle de la qualité et la conformité dans toutes les tâches Collaboration : travailler en collaboration avec plusieurs centres de profit et partenaires d'affaires afin d'améliorer la prestation de services et de favoriser un environnement axé sur le travail d'équipe
    Compétences et qualifications :
    Excellent français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit Études postsecondaires (baccalauréat, certificat, etc.) ou deux ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe en service à la clientèle ou dans le secteur des services professionnels ou des services financiers La connaissance du secteur des assurances est souhaitable et l'obtention d'une appellation reconnue dans l'industrie (PAA, notamment) est un atout Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite Maîtrise éprouvée de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Word et Excel Grand sens de l'exactitude, grande minutie et excellentes aptitudes pour rédiger des documents Aptitude à faire divers projets ou tâches simultanément dans un environnement à volume de travail élevé et dynamique Vous devez être en mesure de travailler de façon autonome et collaborative dans un environnement diversifié

Furthermore, they will serve as a trainer and mentor to peers and/or less experienced consultants and underwriters in their specialty area. In this senior role, the ideal candidate will actively participate in the acquisition and retention of profitable business by supporting Underwriters with business development and marketing activities. Provide technical input on claims, including review of claims reports and site visits to identify areas for claims mitigation and recommendations for improvement. Bachelor's degree or equivalent field with coursework in math, engineering, or related areas (advanced degree or additional technical training is an asset but not required). Professional Engineer designation preferred; additional certifications such as ERIS, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CRSP, or CPE are assets.
