    THE ROLE The Venture Advisor is responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients. Advisors are experts responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business. In addition, The Venture Advisor is responsible for the input of new business and marketing documents as well as other administrative duties as required to enhance the team’s overall effectiveness.
    WHAT YOU’LL DO Works closely with the team on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to Lloyd Sadd’s best practices and standard procedures Responsible to delegate, develop, and coach the Client Coordinator’s work to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentation Manage account documentation (i.e., routine inquires, quotes, cover notes, statement of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.) Review client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements Ensure EPIC workflows are followed including maintaining and updating custom forms Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts Actively develop an increased knowledge of related insurance products and client needs Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge Other duties as assigned

    THE ROLE
    The Client Associate is a blended role of Client Coordinator and Client Manager. The Client Associate plays a central role in renewing existing accounts by servicing clients in assessing and fulfilling their needs to the highest standards of satisfaction. The Client Associate is an expert advisor responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
    The Client Associate is accountable for determining customer needs, negotiating coverages and terms, responding to complaints and inquiries, and processing of transactions.
    We are looking for a special, passionate administrative professional who can effectively manage their workflow around competing priorities without sacrificing service quality, and deliver consistent, high end results on schedule. The successful candidate will be detail driven, highly organized, and will be passionate about providing exceptional client service at all levels.
    WHAT YOU’LL DO
    Communication with clients and issue client certificates of insurance and pink cards Process documents including new business, renewals and endorsements within Epic Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to the book of business Invoice, transact, and execute on premium finance contracts and premium allocations Ensure EPIC workflows are followed Maintain Claims information in EPIC which includes; input, update and follow-up with client Assist in preparing renewals A/R processing and billing Follow up on outstanding documents from the Insured or Insurer Checking insurance documents for accuracy
    WHAT WE REQUIRE
    Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred Willing to invest time in extensive training and must be able to obtain your General Insurance License and work towards an industry related professional designations. Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word considered an asset Experience in EPIC considered an asset

    WHAT WE REQUIRE: An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc. An interest in additional education/designations or the willingness to obtain LLQP License if required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address client needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus points : Knowledge of products and processes of insurance carriers.
