Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack web applications to track, monitor, and manage AI workloads and algorithms inference in real time. Collaborate with researchers and product owner to translate complex operational needs into intuitive UIs and scalable backends. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in STEM discipline and 5+ years of professional experience. Proven experience developing and delivering user-centric web applications as part of a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. A strong grasp of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application deployment. About The Role We’re seeking a Senior AI Researcher to lead our efforts in exploring, prototyping, and validating novel AI techniques that can transform game development workflows. You’ll work on the frontier of LLM reasoning , context understanding , multimodal AI , and AI-human collaboration , with an emphasis on bringing research concepts to production readiness. In This Role, You Will Be Conducting research on advanced AI architectures relevant to game development pipelines, tackling challenges such as dynamic changes, data privacy, correlation, and causal discovery. Enthusiasm staying at the forefront of technology trends and a commitment to continuous learning. Prior work in startups, in gaming and/or developer tooling environments. The ability to bridge the gap between research novelty and product value.
