Qualifications
10+ years of SaaS Product and microservices software development experience.
10+ years of experience building a SaaS platform with event‑driven, API‑first, microservices environments.
Experience with GoLang is a plus. Candidates with strong foundations in C# or Java and experience building backend services are encouraged to apply.
Proven track record of resolving conflicts, building team cohesion, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Extensive experience leading and mentoring Senior and Junior Software Engineers.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with a focus on outcomes.
Ability to mentor and motivate team members while fostering a growth‑oriented environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile and Project Management methodologies.
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Develop Android and iOS apps in a cloud environment backed by gRPC, GraphQL and REST APIs.
