Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure the team adheres to the best software engineering processes and practices and is always improving processes and tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and optimizing development processes.
Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused, efficient, and productive.
Act as a bridge between the team and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of priorities and expectations.
Track sprint progress and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and align with company goals.
Qualifications
10+ years of SaaS Product and microservices software development experience.
10+ years of experience building a SaaS platform with event‑driven, API‑first, microservices environments.
Experience with GoLang is a plus. Candidates with strong foundations in C# or Java and experience building backend services are encouraged to apply.
Proven track record of resolving conflicts, building team cohesion, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Extensive experience leading and mentoring Senior and Junior Software Engineers.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with a focus on outcomes.
Ability to mentor and motivate team members while fostering a growth‑oriented environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile and Project Management methodologies.
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Develop Android and iOS apps in a cloud environment backed by gRPC, GraphQL and REST APIs.

Qualifications
Understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle.
