    Department Manager, Cosmetics

    Responsibilities The Department Manager, Cosmetics is responsible for directing cosmetic department employees to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the department. The Department Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and payroll, as well as the ongoing training and development of staff. The position leads the department towards achieving company goals and objectives, including financial benchmarks in sales, inventory control and payroll. In addition to the above duties, this a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact.

    Qualifications Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum three years of management retail experience. Applicants without management experience may also be considered.

    Required: extensive knowledge of cosmetic products, strong skills in merchandising and creative display of product, professional sales experience, ability to enforce company policies and procedures, effective communication with customers, vendors, employees, and management.

    Overview Loss Prevention Supervisor – Head Office, Richmond, BC.

    Responsibilities

    Protect all company assets and reduce losses.

    Supervise Loss Prevention team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

    Monitor inventory loss and crime trends; meet shrink targets, lead investigations and ensure appropriate emergency response.

    Maintain effective liaison with public safety authorities, law enforcement, vendors, and other security professionals.
