    Wire Harness Technician - Loombotic Build the future of wire harness manufacturing About Loombotic We're reimagining how wire harnesses are manufactured. Backed by Y Combinator, we're on a mission to build the world's first fully automated wire harness factory. Wire harnesses are the nervous systems of everything from EVs to aircraft to data centers. Despite being a $200B+ market, manufacturing is still surprisingly manual and inefficient. We're changing that through building robotics and automation. The Role As our founding technician, you'll be instrumental in building and operating our production systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll master wire harness assembly, operate automation equipment, and help improve our manufacturing processes. You'll work directly with our engineering team to bring automation systems from prototype to production, providing critical feedback on what works in the real world.
