The Role As our founding technician, you'll be instrumental in building and operating our production systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll master wire harness assembly, operate automation equipment, and help improve our manufacturing processes. You'll work directly with our engineering team to bring automation systems from prototype to production, providing critical feedback on what works in the real world.
