Executive/Personal Assistant to a Founder/CEO
Compensation up to 80,000-100,000 ++ Terrific Bonus+ Full Benefits+ 3 weeks of vacation. This role is working in the office for 1-3 months and then can be primarily remote after the onboarding. The office is downtown and TTC accessible.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem solving skills as well as the proven ability to build and maintain relationships with many stakeholders/clients/high profile individuals. Responsibilities:Manage Founder's busy and constantly changing calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, calls and provide meeting materials etc.Coordinate travel (domestic and international) for client meetings, buying material, fashion week (New York, Milan, London, Paris etc.). Book hotels, car service and provide detailed agendas. Coordinate personal travel.Screen, prioritize, and respond to calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.Ensure the Founder is briefed, prepared, and supported for all meetings and engagements.Coordinating home/building maintenance, contractors, and service providers for five properties.Any Event-related purchases.Coordinating with staff at vacation properties.Ensuring personal calendars align with professional schedules.Planning private events, dinners, and gatherings and attending when required.Sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and organizing catering/event details.Coordinating reservations at restaurants and social venues in multiple cities.Managing personal correspondence (cards, thank-you notes, gifts).Tracking, managing, and reconciling personal expenses (credit cards, receipts, reimbursements).Comfortable with regular interaction with business partners, employees and external stakeholders.Other administrative work and ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned. Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives or HNW Individuals.Post-secondary degree.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.Valid driver’s license. Possible travel to properties.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and related tools.Exceptionally detail oriented managing expenses and invoices.
