Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to increase traffic and impact. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products. Team Involvement Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
