An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Role Model / Practice Model As an Associate Doctor of Optometry in an independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor\'s office and provides high-quality optometric care. The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Deliver full-scope optometric services predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas). Operate within a fully furnished office with OD equipment; some offices use Clarifye digital eye examination technology. Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support, such as Optomap where offered, and coordinate with the office\'s scheduling and patient recall systems.
