As a Civil/Structural Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the build of three large industrial manufacturing plants being built in Alliston, ON! In this groundbreaking project, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of site civil and/or structural works .     What's the job? Review/provide design direction for industrial buildings Provide/review design direction for structural steel, concrete mezzanine, slab on grade and foundations of industrial buildings Provide site civil design for roads, stormwater management, underground utilities, pilings, and ditches manage project deliverables, providing on-site support, and offering design guidance in structural and civil aspects of industrial buildings coordinating and communicating with stakeholders managing project schedules, and providing updates to senior management reviewing and approving design drawings creating concept designs, and developing specifications for equipment and buildings conduct field checks, ensuring quality construction, and coordinating across multiple disciplines
    What's Needed?     The Role: Develop and document changes to the PLC programs (Omron PLC's), review program changes by other personal and to backup machine PLC, HMI, camera, drive, and other programs.
