  • The Opportunity: The Revenue Growth Management team is focused on strategic and sustainable revenue growth through pricing & promotion strategies, product mix management, and profit enhancing growth. Reporting to a Revenue Growth Manager, the Sr. Analyst, Revenue Growth Management is responsible for providing analytics on pricing and supporting the team with putting together strong pricing recommendations for the business. This position requires the ability to track what is happening in the market with respect to pricing, understand performance and effectively assess new opportunities from both a volume and profit perspective. Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Maintain pricing guidelines for regular and promotion pricing and frequency. Track pricing execution in market to ensure strategy compliance and gaps to competitive brands. Integrate data from multiple sources to evaluate promotional effectiveness (IRI, Nielsen, customer POS, internal shipments, Feature Vision, etc.) and maintain database of all promotional activities Prepare reports and highlight key insights to management on monthly basis on quality of pricing strategy execution and performance. Analyze impact and prepare recommendations for pricing strategy changes in the face inflation. Analyze effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations to change strategy in order to achieve business objectives of volume and profit. Run formula pricing models based on changes to market inputs and communicate changes Support ad hoc analytic requests that support customer execution of pricing strategies as required What You’ll Bring: Post-secondary degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines.     The Opportunity: Reporting to the Operations Leader, you are responsible through plant operations for producing the highest quality products in the most effective and efficient manner, within the framework of Company policy and government regulations. You are responsible for efficiency, yield, safety, absenteeism, food safety and quality initiatives as reported from the plant operation. Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Provide leadership to production staff, including direct supervision of senior supervisors and several production supervisors. Foster and maintain a positive labour relations environment by ensuring that all employees are treated with respect, grievances are dealt with in a timely manner, and employees are communicated with in an open manner. Motivate employees to embrace the Leadership Edge Values. Accountable for production costs, labour utilization, yields, results of operations and cost improvements in their production area. Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss and working towards achieving an accident-free facility. Communicate the implementation for new or changes to Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to ensure consistent product quality and progressive food safety program. Champion continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes in supporting Six Sigma methodologies, leading meetings and specific projects (manufacturing excellence, etc.) to optimize production operations. Interact regularly with various managers and other team members, including Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Maintenance, finance, Six Sigma, R&D, Distribution, and Human Resources utilizing daily manufacturing reports that capture manufacturing performance. Control departmental operating costs ensuring all product orders are produced on time with no shortfall in quality or quantity. Participate in the review and recommendation for capital improvements for equipment and plant facilities. Prepare yearly operating budgets, standard cost of goods for raw materials, direct labour and plant overheads. What You’ll Bring: Ideal candidate will have relevant post-secondary education (preferred University degree in Engineering, Food Science or Business) 7+ years of management experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment. Must demonstrate ability to schedule employees and production shifts within a fast-paced multi-shift environment. Should have strong financial analytical skills and be computer literate, including Microsoft Office software. Results oriented with ability to multi-task in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Well-developed written and communication skills, and ability to exercise timely and good judgment in day-to-day business decisions. Must be prepared to substitute for Production Supervisors’ absences as needed. Comfortable and effective in dealing with all levels of the diverse workforce as well as Government Regulators.     The Opportunity: The ShiftEngineer has the direct accountability for ensuring the maintenance of facility boilers, refrigeration systems and HVAC units. They will oversee the maintenance and operations of plants utilities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and will provide 8 hour/day shift Engineer coverage for our food processing facility. Working in a unionized environment, you will be responsible for operating freon refrigeration equipment, boilers, water tests, WWTP, and related auxiliaries while monitoring all water distribution, performing rounds and operating checks on equipment, responding to operations’ requests for services, and following up on alarm and taking action to rectify deficiencies.
