    Position Summary Management-level hands-on role responsible for oversight of capital financial accounting, internal controls, compliance, and administration of capital project financial systems.     Key Responsibilities

    Direct testing, validation, and implementation of system changes in collaboration with ITS and operational teams; provide feedback and recommendations.

    Support implementation of new or enhanced capital financial management solutions and assist users with issue resolution.

    Maintain invoice approval workflow tables to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and strong internal control.

    Oversee onboarding and training for new users of capital financial systems.

    Continuously identify and implement workflow and process improvements.

    Review AMS documentation and validate the accuracy of system-generated reports.

    Capital Cost Management, AP Oversight & Audit Support

    Validate accuracy of capital project cost allocations.

    Support the FP&A team with cost recovery analysis; facilitate dispute resolution or escalate issues as required.

    Verify invoice payments for capital accounts, ensuring proper approvals per Financial Delegation of Authority and complete supporting documentation.

    Follow up on outstanding capital accounts payable with vendors and internal staff.

    Ensure documentation for financial transactions complies with records retention policies.

    Act as the primary contact for capital project audits; ensure audit readiness, complete documentation, and timely issue resolution.

    Implement changes to financial policies promptly and ensure ongoing compliance.

    Review internal financial procedures and recommend improvements.

    Required Qualifications

    Extensive experience in capital financial accounting, construction accounting, or large-scale project accounting.

    Demonstrated experience with construction-related financial compliance, including Ontario’s Construction Act.

    Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.

    Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across finance, operations, IT, and external vendors.

    Proven experience acting as a system owner or subject matter expert for financial or capital project management systems.

    Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

    Strong SAP knowledge and experience

    Compensation Salary Range: $40.00 – $48.00 per hour

    Key Responsibilities

    Design, develop, and implement business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor.

    Job Description

    Design, describe, and manage solution engineering in relation to capabilities of assigned Journeys and Platforms through the end-to-end lifecycle (i.e., frontend, backend, database and debugging of applications or sites).

    Use knowledge of business acumen and technical expertise to play a lead role in shaping the technical vision to create complex distributed solutions, technical designs, and integrations.

    Contribute to security architecture governance initiatives, by driving new and strategic security principles, roadmaps, and patterns relating to various security domains.

    CUSTOMER

    Apply a multi-disciplined expertise in understanding, identifying, and evaluating how architectural risks may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data.

    Elevate focus on maintaining and upholding enterprise security standards, policies, procedures and guidelines as essential guardrails to enterprise architecture and solution design across Infrastructure and Platforms.

    Advise on suitability of technology stacks to define principles / key constraints for solution components; rally the team around these principles to determine security / scalability approach, and impact assessments for future design.

    Drive continual upgrading and grounds the team in assessing practical program concerns to innovate on both server-side and user-side features as technologies / platforms expand to reduce technology debt and build resilient solutions.

    Support issue analysis and fix activities during test phases, as well as production issue resolution.

    Collaborate with Practices, actively driving capability creation; mentoring and training junior colleagues to be adaptive, staying on top of expanding technologies and engineering trends and creating highly visual and functional solutions.

    Perform security architecture reviews and consulting on solutions across the enterprise. Work with solution architects from Journeys and Platforms to provide security architecture solutioning.

    Contribute to security system design and architecture frameworks including technology architecture strategy, policies, and governing standards for security for the assigned domain.

    Apply all of the above to the selection and advancement of cybersecurity technologies, the development of cybersecurity solution architecture, and advising business and technical partners in the Platforms and Journeys on security controls required for their solutions.

    Demonstrated experience with leading technical tools integration in a complex environment.

    Cybersecurity industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA, etc.) not required, but considered an asset.

    Experience in public cloud security architecture (GCP, Azure, or AWS) preferred.
