What might a typical day look like?
As an assistant department manager, you will have to : perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager; provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives; collaborate with the production and customer service clerks; - Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;

En tant assistant-gérant de rayon/assistante-gérante de rayon, tu devras : effectuer les activités de gestion courantes à l’intérieur de son rayon en collaboration avec le gérant de rayon; transmettre aux membres de l’équipe la rétroaction nécessaire à leur développement professionnel et à l’atteinte des objectifs établis; collaborer avec les commis à la production et au service à la clientèle; • Assurer la mise en œuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel; en collaboration avec le gérant, assurer la gestion des inventaires, des listes de prix, de la mise en marché et de la productivité salariale selon les normes établies afin d'assurer le prêt aux affaires;
