We are seeking a full-time, live-on-site cleaner to support daily operations across our unique accommodation offerings and grounds. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team, helping maintain a property that welcomes guests seeking rest, connection, and memorable experiences. ABOUT MARMORA RETREAT The property features multiple accommodation types, all of which you will help care for: ✨ A beautifully restored farmhouse retreat used for group stays, wellness retreats, and intimate events ✨ Luxury geodesic glamping domes with spa-style amenities ✨ Expansive grounds with gardens, animals (alpacas), and open green spaces Cleanliness, presentation, and care are core to the guest experience. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a full-time, year-round position for a reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys physical work, cleaning, outdoor tasks, and occasional guest interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the property runs smoothly and looks its best at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning & Housekeeping Daily cleaning of: Farmhouse interior Luxury glamping domes All on-site accommodation types Laundry, linens, and turnover preparation Restocking guest supplies Maintaining consistently high cleanliness standards Cleaning Team Support Managing a small cleaning team Uphold cleaning standards and attention to detail Track and manage cleaning supplies inventory Lead by example and support team coordination Seasonal Gardening, Light landscaping and property upkeep Seasonal lawn care and gardening Keeping outdoor spaces tidy, welcoming, and safe Animal Care Daily care of alpacas, including: Feeding and fresh water General well-being checks (Experience with animals is an asset but not required for the right person) Guest Interaction Friendly, professional communication with guests when interaction is needed Supporting a warm, welcoming guest experience IDEAL CANDIDATE You are someone who: Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work Is reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy Enjoys physical work indoors and outdoors Is comfortable working in all weather conditions Is confident around animals (livestock experience is an asset) Communicates professionally and respectfully with guests Can work independently with minimal supervision.
