The Opportunity:
Joining as the company's FIRST Head of Product, your mission is to level up everything to get to the end goal: a UNICORN VALUATION (which is not far off....)
Practically speaking: you're going to deep dive into the weeds of how sh*t currently gets done, and then apply the playbook you already have, to do everything better. Think VELOCITY.
An important part of this mission will be putting the USER at the centre of everything.
Your HIGH STANDARD OF DESIGN AESTHETIC is going to be applied to this mission so users can run their businesses with little friction and love it so much they become brand advocates of the product to their communities.
