Assistant Manager – Support the Store Manager, oversee staff, assist in achieving sales goals, and maintain store standards. Sales Associate – Deliver excellent customer service, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.     Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Montreal Premium outlets Mirabel Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at Mavi, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. - Maintain high levels of product knowledge, including the latest collections and trends. - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising and inventory management. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall store performance goals.
