Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions and industry trends, as well as McKesson Specialty Health business operations to inform business marketing and sales strategy.Support initiatives and enhancements that increase efficiency in the Sales organization, including working with Specialty Health business leaders on the execution of our CRM.Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements across deliverables. Track and report key performance indicators related to sales strategy execution.Strategic Pricing and Market Analysis: Utilizing your understanding of the business and market landscape, prepare business cases and P&Ls for new opportunities, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and pipeline revenue estimates. Support the development and maintenance of pricing models and tools to support sales negotiations in collaboration with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.Conduct analyses and propose innovative ideas for a pricing strategy that will ensure profitable delivery of the corporate growth objectives and maintain market competitiveness.Monitor market trends and internal data to identify pricing opportunities and support strategic recommendations.Provide recommendations for continual improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of our pricing portfolio. Support other strategic pricing initiatives as required. Proposal Writing:In collaboration with internal stakeholders, write proposals and RFP responses that strategically address the client’s needs, under the direction of the account lead.Create detailed project plans, involve cross-functional contributors, anticipate and resolve timeline challenges, and ensure clear communication of tasks and internal deadlines for efficient engagement of resources and timely completion of responses.Identify and execute opportunities to enhance proposal quality, processes, and overall effectiveness.Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree in relevant discipline.
