The Construction Coordinator will play a key supportive role for site construction coordination through all phases of construction from tendering and construction through to commissioning and close-out. Assist the Site Construction Manager and Program Manager with preparation of meeting minutes, various reports, tracking of outstanding RFIs, Change Orders, Site Safety Reports, etc. Working with the Site Construction Manager and Construction Safety Specialist to ensure that proper safety regulations and procedures in accordance with industry and legislative norms are met. Responsible for close out procedures including as-built drawings, change documentation, trade contractors and building maintenance. Overtime as required.
