    Position Overview
    The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met. This role involves leading and mentoring unionized staff, including lead hands, to foster a productive work environment. The Supervisor will coordinate logistics and streamline workflows to align with the organization’s strategic objectives and performance goals. Additionally, the Operations Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting Warehouse Supervisors, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of warehouse operations by maintaining high standards and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

    What you will be working on: Oversee delegation of warehouse operational duties, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities utilizing ERP system. Maintain clear and professional communication with Warehouse Supervisors, Managers, and other stakeholders. Respond to inquiries and emails in a timely and organized manner. Monitor and analyze KPI performance across various operational areas as delegated by Warehouse Management. Prepare regular KPI Performance reports highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPI targets, working with team members to ensure goals are met. Use data insights to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Provide support to employees regarding concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Supervise the completion of warehouse documentation and administrative duties to ensure effective and accurate record-keeping. Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee needs and promoting engagement. Identify operational challenges and provide potential solutions to meet shift performance expectations. Report misalignments and problems directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and training to uphold safety standards and compliance. What we are looking for? Minimum 3 yearsexperience of experience in warehouse leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An asset. Knowledge of ERP software and warehouse management systems. Able to demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Solid analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within warehouse operations.

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role will contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring a variety of projects from operational efficiency improvements to new product or program launches. You will work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project sponsors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
    Key Responsibilities
    Support and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through execution and close-out Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, SMART goals, and timelines Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business needs Monitor and track project performance against KPIs and suggest data-driven enhancements Collect, monitor, and maintain real-time project data, including project health indicators, change requests (CRs), risks, and delays, to support proactive decision-making and issue resolution Prepare clear and concise project documentation and reporting materials Help implement change management plans to support successful adoption of new processes Conducting lessons learned and improving future projects by building on historical experience
    Ideal Qualifications
    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in progress (preferred) Experience working in cross-functional teams and stakeholder environments. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, OnePlan, Jira, Monday) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
