Greet and guide prospective renters, buyers & investors during showings and open houses Open houses for Custom Homes and Multiplexes in the GTA and Rental Communities in Barrie Represent the Midnight brand with professionalism, hospitality, and style Coordinate bookings, follow-ups, and client documentation Support our leasing and sales team with administrative and on-site help Host project launches, pop-ups & events (occasional evenings/weekends, adjusted hours) Assist with Social Media content - with a sales related focus Collaborate with our marketing/social media, development and design, and property management teams. What We're Looking For:
A polished communicator who's warm, confident, and detail-oriented Experience in hospitality, real estate, or a client-facing role Someone who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic, design-driven environments Valid driver's license + vehicle for travel between GTA & Barrie An individual looking to learn and perfect new skills Sales experience (in any area) would be preferred What You'll Get:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for six midrise purpose built rental buildings in Barrie (completed in phases, phase 1 is one building) Coordinate and supervise trades, materials, and deliveries Maintain construction schedule, budget, and safety standards Conduct site meetings, manage inspections, and keep documentation tight Work closely with our in-house design and development teams Report directly to our Chief Operating Office, Construction Ensure quality control aligns with our standard of modern, bold, refined builds What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience supervising residential construction (mid-rise preferred) Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, safety regulations, and scheduling software Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving Experience managing trades and timelines on multi-unit builds A hands-on, solutions-first leader who takes pride in craftsmanship Valid G driver's license and vehicle for site travel What You'll Get:
